It’s dangerous, human self-esteem, especially male-ego. I, for long, used to be the victim of self-esteem, be it me who makes people pissed, or be it me who feels pissed about someone else’s self-esteem.

Over the years i tried to control myself once I realize its danger. I learnt to accept mistake, advice, suggestions merely based on logic. As long as I realize I’m wrong, I admit. I learnt to say ‘apology’ when needed. At the end of the day, I learnt something new. I made no conflict.

But people keep making me pissed when they put their self-esteem on top of rational and logical. And I get sick of it. Fine, people are insecure.

What a eventful weekend I’ve just spent. Bake. Movie night. Badminton. BBQ. Drinking. Sunbath. Dinner.

Thank you Hari for piggybacking me back from the lake to my room. You, sir, are among the best Indian chaps I’ve known. Thanks gais and gals who tried to go down look for my specs in the cold. I really felt touched.

I’ve come to realize such good things won’t last for long. Like a saying goes “Things change. And friends leave. And life doesn’t stop for anybody”. So, be prepared to be on your own. You are always alone. Live it up. And be proud of it.

Alcohol helps people get away from reality, and made strangers get closer to each other.

I escaped from reality for 2 nights for a cruise to Riga (Latvia), a memory that just made me unable to imagine how would it be when I’m back to Singapore in July. I am so gonna miss these times and this group of people forever.

Not that I haven’t been blogging much, but that I have not pen things down for a while. And the older you grow the worse your memory starts to get.

by the way happy birthday to huiqi and khanh. The 2 of you stay young and pretty, k?

The trains break down these days, with the increasing snowstorms. Bosses said it’s the worst (in term of snow amount) and coldest winter for the past 30 years or so.

I shall think that I am lucky.

For those who think they’re important and deserve attention, I am sick of pleasing you around while you keep saying such bad words just to make yourself feel good, because I know you’re insecure.
Can’t I just have a Tet holiday for myself?

“I found one of these with your name on it”.
My colleague handed me an envelope and walked out of the room for a while.

I opened the envelope. It is his wedding picture that I asked for 5 or 6 weeks ago! that was so lovely.
